Well something of the sort will be possible in the next version. It won't be exactly Anal mode but there will be option to disable everything. So if you enable only anal play there won't be anything else played.

I'd like to try 0.5, but since I'm using Linux on both desktop and laptop (and I'm one of the oddballs who doesn't have a smartphone), my best option is to use WINE to run the Windows version, which runs but has no text on buttons and menus.
A browser compatible version would probably be easier, but does make it easier for some jackass to just post on a website somewhere and claim credit or some such BS, so I can see you being hesitant to opt for that method.
And sadly, I have no idea how difficult it would be to create a linux-compatible release through Unity. (If it's a matter of not knowing what the options are, a .deb file is probably easiest to work with for most people - it's an installer file for debian based Linux distros, which is a good chunk of the Linux userbase, and includes some of the more popular, less technical distros.
Final countdown scene rework - There will some text shown during the countdown itself, countdown itself will be a bit more varied, in a sense there will be a fake numbers etc. so the sequence can look like this 10,9,8,7,6,7,6,5,4,5,4,3.5,3,2.5,2,1. All that should make the scene more teasing. I plan to add the posiblity to remove her top during this scene aswell.
CEI - cumplay will be added.
Red Light / Green Light - You might know this one, you can stroke only when there is green light and you have to stop on red. There will be two variations for this - Pussy and Nipples. I downloaded the .APK and on my phone I have the border of some app cut off, here it's hard to read the text, can you make a option to reduce the size of the screen ?

Game is not using 3D models but rendered (2D)images and stop-motion animation. There is no way to make it for VR or rather there is no point.

Thanks for reporting this issue, i have just released hotfix in which game should scale down a little better on various screens.
I don't plan to make for girls version, only remotely close thing to it will perhaps be sissy mode.
